Relax and enhance health and wellness with a series of Tai Chi movements that engage the mind and body. The sessions are appropriate for all levels of fitness. Some of the many benefits of regular Tai Chi practice include improved flexibility, strength, balance, concentration and coordination. We will focus on the Yang Long Form while exploring other meditative movements. Instructor: BC Mita

Yoga for life has been offered at the Community Center for over 25 years. All classes are open to everyone at all levels. Mondays are gentler and chairs are utilized, thus "chair yoga".
