Relax and enhance health and wellness with a series of TaiChi movements that engages the mind and body. Some of the many benefits of regular TaiChi practice include improved flexibility, strength, balance, concentration and coordination. We will explore the Yang Long Form and also explore other meditative movements. The sessions are appropriate for all levels.
