Mission Statement

Among the purposes of Bratenahl Community Foundation are to strengthen the educational, cultural, and environmental aspects of the community with a careful blending of it's heritage and its future by gathering and disseminating information, sponsoring activities and events, and funding relevant projects.  As the Bratenahl Community Foundation has been classified by the Internal Revenue Service as a public charity under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(C)(3), it shall not engage in any of the activities prohibited by the Internal Revenue Code for public charities to engage in, such as promoting candidates for public office.
